Thank you for your interest in Victoria Heights!  We hope that this website provides you with the information you need in order to make an informed purchasing decision.  Below is a list of frequently asked questions from prospective buyers.

Can I lease my unit?  The Association's leasing is restricted in accordance with current FHA and Fannie Mae regulations (currently a 50% cap).   Owners who purchase their residence after February 2011 may lease if less than 50% of the units are rented.  Please note that this is per year and does not grant leasing privileges for the life of your purchase.  For more information on leasing and the current leasing cap, please contact the Association's Property Manager.

What are the Homeowner Dues that I can expect to pay for a unit? Homeowner assessments vary depending on the size of the unit that you purchase.  Your realtor should be able to provide you with a list of the current rates. 

Is the Association professionally managed?  Yes, Victoria Heights is managed by Heritage Property Management Services.

What amenities can I expect to find?  Victoria Heights has a cardio room, weightlifting room, and pool.  Additionally, we are a gated community and have on-site courtesy officer.  

Where can I find the Condominium Bylaws and Declaration?  You can find the Bylaws, Declaration, Amendments, and Resolutions under the "Condo Docs" menu.
